Great customer service. They were running a buy 1 get 1 free special on the discounted shoes, so I ended up walking out with 2 pairs of shoes and some quality socks. Worth a stop if you're in the area.

I drove down to Excel shoe store to check out a new shoe line called gravity defyer. When I got there it was a few minutes before closing. The owner waited on me and answered all my questions. He took the time and did not rush me out the door. I had to special order my shoes because they did not have the size I needed. I received my shoes by UPS exactly when he said they would come in. I have been telling all my co workers about this brand of shoes and where to get them cheaper than online. The owner is the nicest guy I have ever met. He called me to make sure I received the shoes and to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I do not know of any store owner ever doing business like that. I will continue to use this store as long as he his in business. THANK YOU EXCEL SHOES!!!!!!!!!!! Tonya
