Took my baby in for x-rays to see the count of how many puppies she's carrying. They wanted me to muzzle her. But didn't have the proper size to do so. She was already panting from the long car ride(54 mins). The doc said she was too big to fit on the table so they would try with her standing up. Which they knew from the time I made an appointment she was a cane corso. She was freaking out, very nervous. Doc did nothing to try and calm her. No treats, no water nothing. Needless to say the trip was a waste of time and money! Worst experience ever!!!!

The lady on the phone just now was so rude, no professionalism, or people skills, I call a week before my dog needs a C-section to schedule her appointment and she tells me most people don't wait that long to schedule an appointment,
This lady needs fired she poor excuse for a employee, who ever answered the phone Feb 27th at 1:50 PM,

This practice used to be fantastic.... But had greatly gone downhill over the last couple years. They've refused to see sick animals, and only want to do well-visits. The doctors have changed a few times over the years, and its disappointing how clients and animals are treated here now. I was quite upset witnessing how my dog was treated and handled by the techs and quickly put a stop to that. We won't be back and have switched to a new clinic.
