The team at Tipton Ford helped us when we were in a bind. Our vehicle died, and we were in need of a second one when we went to their lot. We felt zero pressure from the team. It was easily the most relaxed environment we’ve ever been apart of on a dealership lot. Everyone was kind and patient as we test drove a few vehicles. They helped find the pricing that fit our needs and got us a great deal.

I've had an issue with engine light coming on. Took my vehicle to Tipton Ford. Mike Ryan has helped me both times, and was very courteous and understanding. On one occasion as we were about to leave town on a trip, the light came on. Mike was able to test the car, fix the issue, and assure me it was safe to leave. Not many car dealerships give instant service in an emergency. Tipton Ford does.

We are very pleased with the service provided by the Tipton Ford Service department and specifically with Mike Ryan. Mike is wonderful to work with, provides excellent updates on service work being performed and has earned our trust and confidence. We highly recommend Tipton Ford for any service work and quite honestly we will make our future vehicle purchases from them because of people like Mike!

I sold them a car and bought a car. They told me my check would be there in a couple days and I had to call after a week to come get it. They hadn’t even mailed it yet. I had to ask them to detail it bc it had a horrible smell and had to ask them to put tires on it because they were completely bad. After 2 weeks and not even 500 miles later it has had issues. Won’t accelerate like it should. I think it’s the torque converter. They won’t tell me if they’ll pay to fix it I have to bring it there and they look and see what’s wrong then they’ll decide if they’ll pay to fix it or not. They won’t buy it back because it’s against their policy. Aka they know they sold me junk and don’t want to buy it back. Every time I have to call back they never return my call like they promised. Horrible customer service. I’ve never ever seen someone treat a customer that way. They didn’t even seem to care that my car is broke down. And I don’t expect them to get me my title anytime soon. Save yourselves and don’t go there. I thought they were good and it’s costing me a ton of money now.

Ever since buying my vehicle from them last year, I use their service department for all my maintenance. Each time I go I am always helped by Mike Ryan. He is seriously the best. Explains everything in detail and if anything needs replaced he goes and gets me a price. I will continue my business here because of his kindness.

Horrible experience, AGAIN! This is my second time getting a car from here (first car broke down after a few years and sold to me with electrical problems, not their problem tho) which I thought with new management and updates things would be better, NOT THE CASE.
If you want responded to, or to be actually taken care of DO NOT GO HERE.
Not only did they tell me my car had no leaks and tested it to be sure, but the next day after buying it SURPRISE, the Passenger door leaks!!! (PICS ATTACHED) As soon as I realized, I try to contact the dealership to which I was IGNORED MULTIPLE TIMES. If I did reach a person, the one I needed to talk to was always miraculously unavailable. When I did reach the correct person, was told I didn’t need an appointment to get that fixed. When I arrived after an hour drive, I was told I NEEDED ONE!
Since being ignored, now my right passenger door speaker doesn’t work because of the water damage, and now my whole infotainment system is down as well. THIS IS THE SECOND CAR PURCHASED FROM HERE WITH INFOTAINMENT SYSTEM PROBLEMS.
When I finally get in to get it fixed, they tell me it’s “not covered and not their problem” and want to charge me $1,400 for THEIR LIES?!??
No one here seems to care and just wants to get their vehicles off their lots at any cost. WILL NOT BE BACK HERE EVER AGAIN and am making sure others know of my experience as well so they do not have to go through these experiences as I have.
