Called with questions about a code and to verify which 02 sensor was needed and spoke to Dan 2 times. First time there must have been a phone issue on his side and he couldn't hear me very well. 2nd time I called back he was rude and acted like my issue was a bother to him and kept cutting me off as I was trying to explain what I needed. Told me he doesn't do trouble codes! I only deal with Napa for my day job and almost every time I do it's a hassle. They don't Call the correct place to let us know about a part has came In that had to be ordered or even at all! Multiple times a 2nd trip has had to happen to go get correct part as they have gave us the wrong part. Napa is known to have the highest prices next to carquest in the auto replacement parts industry and thus yhe reason I won't go there for my personal vehicle's I'll deal with autozone or O'Reilly!

Senior staff was able to find a cross referenced part to swap for one I had to wait a week to get. The alternative part worked perfectly and I was able to pull a half day at work because of there savvy support.
