Very clean. Good price on washers and dryers. They resurfaced the parking lot and stripped it for parking.They add some more bigger washers.

Always clean. The owners are responsive if you need to contact for any emergency. I had to call them last year when a washer leaked. They were thankful for the call. Love the fact that they make their business available for underprivileged families to participate in a free day every so often. Such a big help to those families in need.

Not a bad experience at all! Pretty decent size for Tipton. Spent about $30 on 8 loads of laundry with one of those being my comforter. I used the 4 load washer which was $6 and had to dry for a longer period of time. I prefer the top load washer to the front load not only because of the price but they tend to wash my items better and the top load washer didn’t have any mildew smell like the front loads did. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because I wish there was a coke machine. But I definitely will be back!
