My fiance & I came in around about 6times over a year Ashley helped us everything she is amazing, patient, and kind! Celesa was also amazing, patient & kind! The day we decided on our rings the internet was acting up but thru the patience of Ashley she got us taken care of 10 out of 10!!!!!

On Sunday we went into zales with a broken necklace not from there. Ashley assisted us and had it fixed in within a few minutes! She was very sweet and had us taken care of immediately.
