They were kinda rude and didn’t really talk or help us said the bare minimum. Will definitely not be going to the east one and sticking with the south Woodforest instead

I use Woodforest banking and still do they have been working with me for a while now. But this particular Terre Haute Branch is awful they refused to cash my check but the other one did. The people here at this one have attitudes and are rude and not welcoming. I am not going back to this branch I will be going to the one off 41 from now on.

Terre Haute has two locations- Southside and Eastside. Both locations provide prompt service and are generally cordial.
I have been a client for years and have found the services provided generally suit my needs. There have been times where I needed a Notary, which neither location possesses but feel that it is not worth switching banks over. I have zero experience with their newer loan service through a third party agency and have no intention to take out a loan. My experience with direct deposit is great...in fact, it is the number one reason why I have kept this bank. Direct deposit is the only option for pay at my work and through Woodforest, I am to receive my pay a day earlier than others who bank at other banks. The number two reason is the fact that they are open nearly every day of the year when other banks will be closed.
Woodforest is what I call a Junior Bank... it is younger than other institutions and may not have quite the breadth of services that one may find elsewhere but it is convenient and suits the job without the stuffiness of other places.

I have been signed up with them for a year and a half now and have nothing but troubles with my bank account. Esp dealing with direct deposit. Pass on this bank!
