Others should follow her lead and when she didn’t have the answers I needed she quickly got the manager on duty who quickly solved the problem of not having my size of panties in my pick up order so I got my own in store and asked to have the 5 for 35 deal and he told her it was fine as the other panties were being shipped to my house Very pleased w him as well didn’t catch his name but he’s been there a long time very nice gentleman. “I like this store but I don't find much on sale and what's on the clearance rack isn't anything desirable that I must have. When I do find good stuff on Clearance, the size I need isn't available. The style & type of jean fit I wanted wasn't available. I like holes but not where its one big hole on the entire jean. The jeans without holes were basic & no character which I also don't like. They did offer to order the patch jeans I liked but I really needed jeans for that day. They have cute stuff & I love the fit of AE jeans but the style of jean I wear on an everyday basis wasn't available in store. Then, I needed bootcut for a George Strait concert but they were bland or not in my size. They have alot of cute shirts. The staff was friendly & helpful. Store really clean. They had really cute shorts!”

“The staff is always very helpful… sometimes almost too helpful. I don’t like feeling like I’m at a car dealership. But other than that, very cute clothes. Just a tad on the pricey side but they’re good quality. I usually only by tops there though. The jeans don’t seem to fit me right but I’m also extremely picky. But I have bought some jeggings there that I like. They also have the cutest jewelry section along with other accessories and shoes. The sale racks are very affordable but it’s usually just the ugly leftovers. Although I am not plus side, I appreciate the fact that they cater to larger women. It’s hard for plus size people to find cute clothes so it’s great they provide a nice selection. Everyone deserves to feel stylish and beautiful!”
