I have t mobile Tuesdays. This Tuesday was a reward for free 10 4x6 prints. So I ordered them. Got email saying they were ready for pickup. So I go to get them. They could not find them. My phone was in car. I said okie l, I'll figure this out. I find the email. I call the store telling them what happened and that I have an email saying the pictures are there. They try looking it up by my name. They can't find it. They try my phone number. Can't find them. I said okie is there a manager. She gets on phone. I tell her the situation. I tell her I have the email. She says are you sure it's our store. I said I'm looking right at the email that says so and it even has a confirmation number. She says well I can't help you if we can't find it. Never asks for confirmation number or anything. I will be going in tomorrow to show them the email. Terrible, terrible customer service skills.

I can't for the life of me understand why there are 20 ppl working at one time and the pharmacy closes early or just isn't open at all. so many new ppl working there with only a few who have any decency or respect.

I've tried getting my medication for 3 days now. I've called and twice now and they have been rude to me. I've tried switching pharmacy's now because they have closed 3 days early in a row. I do not recommend Walgreen's on 13th and wabash. bad customer service and rude techs. I just want my meds.

Not sure if they really know what they are doing. The people working at Walgreens on Wabash are all very rude they will text you your medications are ready when you get to Walgreens they aren't ready when you get there and act like you are stupid. I mean I have so many problems with this place they talk back very rudely. Nothing I take is narcotics either. I mean if I was you all I wouldn't never go too the Wabash store unless you like being treated very poorly.

They are unprofessional and do not know what they are doing.The staff there is not knowledgeable,when one ask a question. Good example I called Walgreen to ask a question at the pharmacy, the technician had no knowledge .I find them to be rude and unprofessional.No ,I do not recommend this place.

Walgreens on Wabash are the rudest nasty people working for them. Gave the wrong medicine to me and I've got to pay for it. I'll change my pharmacy as soon as possible I am tired of dealing with these idiots

Got guilted for not donating and being told we need to feed a girl a sandwich in order to convince us to donate. Was told where the socks were without asking.

Super pleased with my recent experience with Walgreens - the pharmacy staff was super friendly and because of the new rules per my insurance cvs wouldn't fill my prescription but a 7 days supply, brought it here and without insurance spent less then what I would have with! (Thanks to the coupon and the super awesome pharm tech) will not go anywhere else ! Christy , Hailey & Morgan are amazing!

They never answer the phone and the automated system they have never wirks right. It is ridiculous.
