A few years back, my dad passed away & they made me jump through hoops to cancel his phone(several phone calls/in store visits), including asking for a death certificate. Finally somebody had enough sense to say, "No problem, it's canceled & here's a partial (pro-rated) refund. Now, I had someone order 2 iPhones through my account, pick it up from my home, but nobody at Verizon can tell me serial numbers, who ordered them, Nothing. They can't give me any information to give to the police to stop future fraud on YOUR DOLLAR, and are compliant on being accomplices to this FEDERAL CRIME.Stick with AT&T or T-Mobile.

First off, I want to mention that not ALL Verizon locations are ACTUAL Verizon stores. Some are just licensed with Verizon. I went to the south store bc the north store is only licensed, NOT an actual Verizon store...Now, the staff at this store were super awesome. Julie was the specialist that helped me and she was super knowledgeable and helpful. I will yell you this, if you are wanting a new account, they do not accept the temporary paper copy for your driver's license lol. I had to jump thru hoops to get approved through the credit department and that took having to call and speak to someone over the phone thru the Verizon credit department. That being said, EVERYONE I spoke to, LaTasha in the credit department and Vabs with sales, were all wonderful and a joy to speak with. My credit approved application finally went thru, however, if you order online for store pick up, you must provide the ACTUAL hard copy of the license. And anyone in Indiana knows, that it can take forever to get it mailed to you. So my issue is I am stuck waiting on my license to arrive by mail, otherwise cannot order online or have it shipped bc proof of address is VERY important. With all this being said, maybe TMI lol, however, I find it may be helpful to someone. I loved my Verizon service in the past and I am going back to it and everyone was wonderful! Thank you!

Verizon phone & chat support SUCK!! This brick and morter location has a long wait time. The tech was very helpful. However we are leaving Verizon because they are unaffordable.

So I had my SIM card go bad out of the blue. I went here and spoke with an employee named Jason. He was polite, fast and knowledgeable. He assisted me with my SIM card and the situation was fixed.

Their workers at the store seem to want to help and are much more helpful than the phone operators which most times are overseas and absolutely not worth your time

Impossible to find the phone number for the store. Number given is customer service. And calling it "customer service" with Verizon is 100% a lie. 95% of the employees have no clue what they are doing.
