Cole and Tony were spectacular! They made sure to get us set up with what we need, and the transition from our previous provider was seamless. And everyone was so patient with my silly kids too. I hope that this location eventually gets the kid play area like other locations have.

Always have to wat forever on a worker but it's the best service around. Not the cheapest but it is the best all around service provider around.

We got a new phone. Service was just ok. What should have taken 15 minutes took like an hour because they seem to drag out everything. Why would it take 5 minutes to get a phone out of the back room? I don't know what this sales technique is called but it's the same as a car dealership.
