I mail two different letter with money order inside at this post office . I would NOT mail a letter at that post office. Two letters within a month and both letter are lost and now you want me to pay $25 a letter to find it . You tell me I should have paid to trace the letter after you lost it . I have never had a problem mailing letters anywhere else except your post office . DO Not MAIL letters or packages from this post office .

I had a package delivered by Evelyn who normally dose my route then she put my package in a parcel box put the key in the wrong mailbox then Andy “a supervisor who was very helpful†said as soon as there maintenance guy got to work they would send him out. After a while I called and the other supervisor Tim said he did not get there till 3:00 and he had things for the maintenance guy to do so at 3:00 3:30 4:00 and 4:30 I went and cheacked the parcel it had no key it it. The maintenance guy arrived somewhere between 4:30 and 5:00 and there was a key in the parcel box and someone has my package and we don't know who has it because the lady that dose my route has no idea where she put the key. I lost my package. And my and Doug “the maintenance guy†were very helpful. Tim made Doug stay at the office so long my package disappeared and Evelyn put the key in the wrong box which helped me lose it. Tim was also very rude to me when I called to tell him that he sent Doug to late my package was allready taken. I'm very upset and out my money for the product I payed for if I could I would rate 0 stars for this office. Also this is how they treat a mail carriers son. I would not expect more if you don't know them

Horrible. I am a college student who relies on the mailing system. I pay a large amount of money for expedited shipping only to receive packages 3-4 days after expected. I am beyond PISSED that this has been going on all year! Nobody answers the phone ether. Someone really needs to sue them for what they've been doing. Oh and it's obvious the positive comments are coming from them or people that they know personally because the entire business is horrible. Will be going to higher authorities in the near future!

Shelley is amazing!!! So is the bald guy with earrings (excuse my description because I don't know his name :p) Shelley is incredibly good at her job. I've NEVER met anyone else in this entire city of Terre Haute with such a positive, inviting, upbeat attitude and EXTENT KNOWLEDGE ABOUT HER JOB!!! Best Post office Hands down! Every time I walk through the door I am greeted with a smile from Shelly, She is extremely knowledgeable and knows how to handle all of my situations with ease. Oh and she actually answers the phone when you call!
