“I recently bought a 2011 Legacy 2.5i premium. I love the car and although it has high mileage (180k) but no leaks, no check engine lights, nothing. The only complaint I had was that it needed assignment and balancing. It sounds like a straightforward job so I hoped that I would call the local shops and get it done. Turns out that 3/5 places I called in terre haute, had a wait time of over 2 days and were charging an arm and a leg. I got fed up and drove to this place and they took care of everything within an hour and 30 mins. The person I spoke with was Tony, and he was very helpful and accommodating given the timeline. He made sure I was comfortable while I waited and took care of my ride. Highly recommend if you want to get stuff done and you value your time. Great people! Thank you, Tony.”

“We rented a U-Haul from this location to take the 2nd load of my belongings to Mobile, AL. I would've given them a 5 star rating, but have them a 4 star because even though I don't believe it was their fault, we've been stranded in Clarksville, TN for >24 hrs at this point due to driver's side front wheel bearing going out on the truck during our trip. The truck and trip itself have been a nightmare, but like I said, I don't believe it was a problem with this establishment, but couldn't see giving them a 5 star rating under the circumstances.”
