Scheduled an appointment for service on 8/31, arrived on time, and was informed their staff called off so it would be 5 hrs. Scheduled another appointment the next day 9/1 at 9:00 am. Waited until 9:10 and the store never opened. Not professional, a waste of time. I wouldn't trust this place to work on my car if they can't open on time and have enough staff to provide service

Wouldn’t allow me to change my Google handle. I will never go again. Husband told me to go first thing in the morning bc nail was in side-wall and it could blow. Went saw sign that said appts required. I said hey I just saw the sign is there anyway you could at least look at my tire? He cute me off and said nope! I said I’m sorry I didn’t know appts were required. He said it’s been that way since the phone system. I said I haven’t been here in forever. Do you have any spots today. Nope we are booked as he was chilling inside. There was one person in the lobby and guys were dancing in the bays. Made an appt for the next day. Came in the next day 7/7 and was sitting in the lobby waiting on my car. A guy comes in and is joking around with the staff. Another guy comes in from bays and says Ohhhh it’s a West Terre Haute reunion here. Then the guy that came in said hey I saw the sign and I don’t have an appt but I have a flat in the bed could you please look at it for me? The SAME GUY that told me NO says sure. We will help! No biggie on the appt ? I was livid but I didn’t say anything bc I didn’t want them to kick me out since they had my car. Plus I’m mixed (black and white) and west T doesn’t have the best track record with POC! I will NEVER come to your establishment again

Couldn’t even get my car serviced even though I had made an appointment and also showed up 10 minutes early. There were 3 people in the waiting room and they told me to basically forget about my appointment because they didn’t want me to wait 3-4 hrs, which is fine and I would have waited but the employee told me that they couldn’t service my car. Now I’m doing it myself because I guess even if you do everything right on your end you still get screwed because of lack of professionalism and accountability. Disappointed I have to put a star

Made a appointment on line. Daughter get there and have no tire I ordered and was going to charge her 350 for service when I was quoted 115. Ripped off

Zach and the others are the epitomy of professional , kind, courteous, and make you feel at home, they had my car completed in record breaking time, I'd be glad to refer any acquaintances of mine to Tire Barn, I'm of a mind to go no where else.Thanks guys your awesome!!!

Honestly I’m very impressed. All my local shops on Saturday are closed, and booked out a few days. Called at 2:45 to inquire about mounting and balancing 2 tires. brought the car at 3:30, had it back 20 mins later. Quick service, honest communication (no B.S about upselling), and they didn’t break anything!

The experience my bf had was horrible! To much to put here!!! Had to have tires so he waited anyway, waited for 4.5 hours! And he spent $850.00 and with all the crap he went through they still didn't comp anything or offer the road Hazzard for free. We have bought 5 sets of tires from them in the past. I'm sure we will NOT buy anything from The Tire Barn ever again. The crew was on thier phones, ppl waiting and a girl showed up and they put her in ahead of an elderly woman who had been waiting for 1.5 hours for the same thing! UNBELIEVABLE!! My bf and another girl seen this and they said something and they pulled that girls car back out!! They got caught!! I will be calling them as soon as I hit the post button!!

I just arrived 5 minutes ahead of my 3rd appointment to have a tire repaired at the Terre Haute, IN location and have been turned away all 3 times. Very frustrating. My family will no longer patronize TB and my friends will be encouraged to go elsewhere. My wife called headquarters and can't even get anyone to answer the stinking phone. Ridiculous, lousy service...not worth the 1 star I had to give to be able to post this.

Exceptionally nice and helpful. We were stranded in Illinois while moving from Wisconsin to Alabama with 2 flat tires. They got us in right away.

Want to thank everyone at the store today. My wife was there to get my truck tire repaired - the old bolt in the tire…. Due to staff shortages the appointment took longer than normal. At the end of it all the staff did not charge her for the repair due to the longer than average wait. Thank you to the team for the generosity!!

Was on a donut, called was put on hold for 30 min and then said couldn't put a new tire on it. Is 4 hours away from home.

Had to take a tire to get a patch after my wife got a large screw in her tire. I also had my son's car in a few weeks ago to get a patch. They always make it such a painless process. I have not purchased a tire anywhere else since they opened.
