I found out I was no longer a customer when I went to draw out few dollars. No money there. Found out I had no acct there now. Sent large sum of money in check and mailed. Which I got at end of week. Horrible company to work with on accounts loans or any customer service. I have gotten several rude angry voicemails from the claims department even when my loan was paid up to date wanting the next payment.

They will try to repo a vehicle that is 20 days past due in this economy? With less than $2000 left owed?? They’re not for the people. No compassion , no understanding.
