I had been doing business with them for six years but the service has gotten bad. This is the third time this year I had to return for a repair that was done but not done right. Truck tail lights were not working and they repaired it but upon inspection the day we picked it up they still were not working they said bring it back in and we will look at it. I took the truck back in the next day and they do not have time to even look at it. I would not recommend them anymore.Service: Electrical

We are Full-time RVers traveling back to Arizona for the winter. After a fuel stop our diesel pusher's "check engine" warning light came on. Landing in Terre Haute, Indiana I was able to make arrangements with TCI to read the ECM code and diagnose the problem. The staff there was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and very accommodating. Got us back on the road in short order. Thank you TCI Service.

Had my RV towed there for engine work, was told by the owner that they would be able to fix it unless it was something "crazy" (towing it cost 300 bucks so I wanted it fixed the first time, so I wouldn't have to pay to tow it multiple places) , later the mechanic called me back and said it was the oil pump and they couldn't fix it there because they didn't have the right equipment. I asked to have the owner call me, which he did, but it changed from not having the equipment to it would just cost me to much. I took it to another shop who fixed the lifters (not the oil pump), now it runs great. These guys lie to cover each other, the truth is they were to lazy to do the work so they lied about what was wrong.Reply to TCIs reply- I guess you have no choice but to stand by what you said, but you obviously didn't read my entire review. I took it to another well known shop, they fixed the lifters not the oil pump, and it runs great now. Your diagnoses not only would have cost me an arm and a leg, but it also wouldn't have fixed it. Your mechanic was wrong. Oh, and it obviously didn't require taking the engine out.
