I have been here several times as a buyer and a seller. The staff is very nice and usually whatever they don’t buy, Plato’s will. I like shopping here because it seems to tailor to my age group (mid 20’s to mid 30’s) for the most part. And it’s pretty affordable.

They don't offer much for clothes u want to sell. Brand new with tags, in style and in season clothes can even get rejected and lowballed sometimes!

Waited in the store for two hours just for the staff to tell me that they did not want to buy any items. They said due to wear but they were several items brand new with tags. So I was very confused. They refused to explain further when I asked politely if they could and they seemed more worried about singing the Taylor Swift songs then doing their actual job. I would go anywhere else because it's not worth it. My first time going and my absolute last. It's a joke and the staff are unprofessional and rude.

Very clean, neatly organized store for both women and men. Ladies at the desk are welcoming and so nice. Relaxed atmosphere. Items are displayed by category and size (Purses, wallets, rows of shoes/boots, jackets, dresses, jeans, short sleeve, long sleeve, and so on). Gently used condition throughout. Prices are very reasonable. Lots to see. I stopped in once, just to check it out, and wow! I bought a few things on two separate occasions. I can't wait to shop again!

I recently went to Style Encore and found some good deals there. I was able to use a coupon I had earned and was treated very well by the manager there. ( I actually went in Feb so I'm a little late posting.) They have lots of items and get more in all the time. I will go back & I like how I was treated .

The ladies who work in this location and very nice. Attentive and always busy. Lots of selection and love that they have men’s clothing in here now too! Very helpful

Was there yesterday and sat 25 minutes wairing on them to open. I could see 2 people inside but at 10:10 they still had nit unlocked the doors. Another customer and I finally left.

I brought in 7 pairs of LULULEMON pants and a Lululemon shirt to sell, which were in great condition from a smoke / pet free home. I was told it would take one hour MAX for them to go through my eight items but it turned out being 3 hours. I was offered $20 for all of it. I refused. On a positive note, I did buy a pair of pre-owned Guess slides back in the Spring of 2022 for $13-$14. I am still happy with that purchase. I will probably stop by if I'm in the area, just to browse if I even have time to kill but I most likely won't try to sell there again.

Interesting to see the things they buy. One pair of shoes were torn up along back, I thought they only bought gently used items. I go in there occasionally but hardly every see anything I want.

Girls were very nice. At least I thought they were girls, I mean I guess they could have identified as non binary or something to that nature. It's 2022...have to be on egg shells with any kind of wording or verbage otherwise the torch's and pitch forks will come out ?
