A member of our family decided today to leave the current phone plan we had to go to a different carrier. They went in and cancelled their service and released their phone number so they could use It with the other provider. At that point in time, another phone on our plan no longer had service. Come to find out, the employee disconnected the wrong line and released the wrong number on the plan. When I called to resolve the issue, the employee LIED about releasing the incorrect number and claimed "he didn't know what happened." I then had to call customer service, in which I spent 1 hour and 2 minutes on the line with her and paying a $35 activation fee and getting a temporary number for my mother's phone. After that phone call, I had to be connected with AT&T to get information on how to get my mothers phone number released from them & back to T-Mobile (Another 45 minutes). Then I had to contact customer service for T-Mobile AGAIN so that I could get my mother's phone number switched back to her original, which required me to spend another hour and 20 minutes to resolve. Over three hours of continuous phone conversations with very helpful and kind customer service reps to resolve an issue that the employee at the store made. The fact that he lied about cancelling the service on the wrong number was asinine. He also claimed the family member that was initially changing carriers was the primary account holder, which he was not. I am an authorized user on the account and EVERYTIME I go to this location, I have to be put on as an authorized user again because it's never set up correctly, yet someone else on the plan is able to waltz in and make whatever changes they want, which in turn creates huge problems. I received great service from customer service but NOT from the employee at the store. This is not the first time we have had issues with employees messing things up in-store. If multiple people on our plan upgrade at the same time, we've had phone numbers incorrect, wrong contacts uploaded, and several other issues and it usually takes several hours. It's always a hassle dealing with this store. I do not recommend going to location, especially if you are having issues. Take the time to travel to a different facility in hopes that they can help you, or contact customer service instead. Going to this store usually makes problems worse.

After visiting the other T-Mobile store and being told lie after Lie trying to upgrade my iPhone 11 to the 14 pro max And being treated very bad by a very rude young women I left and came to this one where the guy made sure I walked away with the phone I wanted and guess what not one lie or reason why I couldn't upgrade ! These guys are always awesome and very helpful they should get raises 5 ⭐️ services for sure !!! Oh and this store got my over $400 in cash for the upgrade the other one should be embarrassed that they let money walk out the door lbvs ?

Hose such a frustrating few days trying to get a new phone and get it connected and these guys really came through for me. This store is much better than the other t mobile store in town. The employees were much more knowledgeable about sprint and technical issues in general.

The Sprint and T-Mobilr merger is horrible and not worth it! For 2 years I have had Sprint and ever since they merged with T-Mobile the service has been horrible. My phone hardly ever works and now they are trying to get customers to stay by offering discounts on phones but they make you jump through hoops. I was told I had to go to a T-Mobile store in order to get a new phone and migrate to T-Mobile. The closest store is over an hour away but I was so hopeful that I would finally have service that worked I played along and drove to T-Mobile only to be told they had only 2 Samsung Z flip phones in stock and no other phones. Called the migration team explained my frustration and was told when I get my new sim card I could call back and at that point I could then order a new phone.....so they want customers to migrate to T-Mobile yet customers must jump through hoops and wait weeks to get a new device and be switched over! Not worth the hassle especially since the service doesn't even work.

Did a trade in upgrade at the Terre Haute store. They charged $30 more than quoted. The next day they called said they messed up the paperwork and needed me to come in with the new phones so they could make sure I get the trade in price knocked off the bill. Then when I get there with the two new phones they take them back and said they couldn’t do the trade in on both phones and wanted to charge me $30 more a month than what I had just signed a contract to pay. Refused to call corporate or provide the number. Made me wait from 6p to almost 9 pm to put everything back on my old phones. To add insult to injury they acted like it was my screw up even after admitting they made a mistake they day before on the paperwork

I came in super frustrated because my phone has been giving me trouble. Carmen W. did an amazing job at being patient and considerate with me. The issue is now resolved and I’m super appreciative I had her to help! Great customer service 10/10.

My son traded in his phone for a upgrade and was to have gotten a 300.00 credit. After speaking with costumer and going up the chain, we found out the store never returned the phone and he won’t be getting the credit. They literally stoled the phone. Now we are filing a theft and fraud report. It’s sad when you have spent 6 hours trying to fix the issue and got no where. What is wrong with people??????

My mom went into the store to get a new phone and she wasn’t greeted at all. She waited for a little bit but then walked out. At least someone could’ve said Hello, we will be with you in one moment. I don’t want to think they cater more to certain demographics than others.

We are AT&T customers that purchased the screen protector from Sprint. Please understand that they say lifetime warranty but the product Liquid Glass phone screen protector is only good for 12 months. They said our warranty had expired and offered no help when their product failed after 16 months. We will not purchase again, nor would I recommend their products.

Stood on line for at least 30 min. All I had was a question. The reps were with other customers. In no hurry to finish. Finally one came over to get my name and I started to ask my question. He excused himself for a phone call he was receiving for his customer. Sounded like it was a problem that should have never happened because previous repDidn't get it right the first time. I am disabled and it's painful for me to stand. I had to leave.
