Been a regular customer for 5-6 years now and service has always been decent but nothing like tonight, came in for new boots and to look at some for my boy and jerry was working and went over the top helpful and never acted like we were a bother. Spent time explaining and knowledgeable of products highly recommended their boots and the jerry experience. I am a union tradesman and are hard on boots the king toe is the best and only the few issues over the years and they have always taken care of me me honored any warranty.”

They ordered my 1’s at the same price as if it were on the shelf and I got a pair or used 3’s in super condition for a killer price while I wait! “They had a lot to choose from. However, the staff didn't seem to be familiar with what they sale. They only had a few western shirts with designs and fringe like I was looking for, but not " in stoke ", it really didn't seem like they actually carried them. The prices weren't bad for the items I looked at.I did buy a new purse while I was there.”

“The staffing seemed adequate; however, many of them were just standing around rather than actively trying to help customers. I did find someone stocking the shelves who was extremely helpful and dropped what he was doing to help me.I debated three or four stars because the shoe I decided on had a sale price marked on the shelf which is one of my reasons for choosing it. It rang up at full price. I asked and was told the sale had ended, so I paid $12 more. (Yeah, a bait and switch.) I will probably not go back because of it.”

I know have neuropathy in my left foot due to a herniated disc that resulted in irreversible damage in my foot--not the fault of my surgeon. Now, when I purchase my shoes from Pacesetters they process if more involved as to finding the right shoe that will help my neuropathy. The sales staff has changed through the years, but I can always depend on Pacesetters helping get the best shoe for my condition. The store is always clean and organized. If they don't the color or size you need, they are able to order the right show for you. The shoes are high quality and last a long time.
