I'm a 50 yr old professional woman that came in to get a complete set of makeup essentials, as my bag got lost on a trip home. There was a lady my age working and after me walking around for 30 minutes and not greeted after even trying several foundations and going up to the country and cleaning my hands I left empty handed. Went to Ulta down the street where I not only was greeted but helped in finding over $300 in makeup! Don't waste your time here

Thought this place would be better than the one at JCPenney. But OH was I wrong? I am African American and the “MANAGER” acted like she couldn’t help me due to my color!!

I bought a Dyson vacuum here last year for my camper. It was September. It stopped charging, so I took the charger down and brought it in. Was informed at the CS desk that they don't take items back after 180 days anymore. I told the lady that that wasn't the policy when I bought it. She then said it was a Covid thing. I kid you not!!! I looked at her and said "what the hell does Covid have to do with my vacuum not charging?" She looked at me with that deer in the headlights look and ask if I wanted to talk to the manager. That conversation didn't go anywhere. I'm done with Kohl's. You just lost my family as costumers. I sure they don't care, but they should. How many national stores are going under? Changing policies and poor CS will get you every time.
