“I’ve rented from affordable rentals for over a year now and honestly we love it! When we moved in there was some bugs but we immediately called the landlord and told her we weren’t moving in until it was handled and she immediately sent someone out! Other than that we have had no problems! When our tub has leaked they sent someone out right away to fix it. When we moved in the back porch was torn up and the wood was broken so I informed her and she had someone come replace it all and make it look brand new! When our breaker flipped we called the emergency number and someone came right away and flipped it back on. We were looking around and seen an ad for the company and put in an application and they called us with a place. For our first place together it’s an amazing apartment and an amazing size for $500! Highly recommend renting off of them! And they allow pets for a fee! ??”
