“We visited here for the first time, because we wanted to use their bathing stations to bath our two shih tzus. I didn't think to take pictures, but the bathing was convenient. They provided towels, shampoo of various kinds, and a dryer. There were two bathing stations, one higher and one lower. The staff was friendly and helpful. We will definitely be visiting again.”
“Very nice place to shop the the employees I always are so nice. They love on my dog when I go in there and I always give her a little treat. They just don't care large bag of guinea pig food.”
“Wonderful place to come and get the supplies you need. Plus, when it comes to food, you get twice for the price what you'd get at petsmart. And to all the "reptile experts" complaining about the chameleon, THE OWNER IS RIGHT. They do NOT drink in the traditional form, misting is how you get them their water, if you don't believe me, LOOK IT UP. Reptile experts my backside, y'all didn't even know the proper way to give a chameleon water ?”

“Always take our Bulldog, Maggie, in to give her a bath. The last couple of times we've been in Chris has always checked us out and given us our towels. Chris is always smiling and makes you feel welcomed as soon as you walk in the door. The wash area is excellent with choice of soaps or bring your own from home. Then you can blow dry your dog there. I recommend this place if you like to give your pet a bath yourself.”
“Great place to take the pups for some in-store treat buying. They have good prices and almost everything is buy 2 get 1 free or get 1 50% off. Oh and ALWAYS check their app / online store if you are buying something expensive. I bought a beautiful vegan leather dog bed there last week that was priced @ $59.99 but on their app was only $42! Talk about a good price! But yeah almost everything there is priced competitively. Well the one star that they did not get is for their grooming business. A haircut for my 20lb dog started at $63! Are you kidding me!? My human haircut that takes anywhere from 40-45 mins to do is only $20. That means 3+ human haircuts for the price of my pup's haircut. You are better off using that money and investing in a nice pair of clippers (and they have these in stock) and watching a few YouTubes on how to cut your dog's hair and do it on your own! That's what I did!”
“I was really impressed with how knowledgeable the person behind the counter was. They were very helpful with the situation that was in. Greatly appreciate it and very affordable prices. I will be going back.”
