By far the worst experience I have ever had when getting my eyebrows done. I left with my eyebrows being two different shapes, and she took off more than half on one of my eyebrows, so it is unfixable. On the other one, she took out a chunk on the end and muttered something to herself after she did it. It was clear to me that she knew she messed up but still charged me the full amount and expected a tip as well for her work. I was terrified to ask her to attempt to fix it, or I might have left with no eyebrows. Absolutely will NOT be going back or recommending to anyone. I am mortified that I have to walk around with my eyebrows looking like this until they grow back out.
