I'm not very happy about my visit to Paul's auto yard ? I believe they give me the shaft & it ? hurt & made me ? kinda mad. I'm pretty sure they weighed my 3 jazzy batteries & said they weighed 100 lbs & I had 9 bags of aluminum cans that was smashed, all but 3bags ,guess what the weight came up to? 55 lbs not to mention I only got .8 cents a lb instead of.21 that they was giving everywhere else for those jazzy batteries. And the price of the aluminum cans was .60 a lb everywhere else . So not only did they swap the prices , but they gave under half of what all the other scrap yards was giving! I missed Mervis by 5 minutes. I would have gotten $ 65. Instead of $28 !! That Sucked!! I guess they need the money more than a broke SOB ! I'll not go back there again! Aluminum was .60 a lb & batteries was .21 a lb everywhere else

My husband went here today and was very impressed with how this business is run. He was able to find the part he needed to fix my Toyota Highlander drivers door - an electrical part. They were helpful and informative. Price was great. He says he now knows where he'll head when he needs auto parts.

I walk in this place to get a part, i was the only customer there and no one was helpful. When someone finally helped me their 1st words were what do you want, this is a very rude group of employees and I will never step a foot back in that place ever again. This kind of customer service they do not deserve no business at all.
