Have called 3 times… waited 10 minutes never got a person on the phone…. This is so wrong!!!!Have never had this happen with any other bank in Terre Haute….What is the problem?

Old National Bank “Lost” a $1,000 CD and claims they have no paperwork or history of it existing. I have the original CD but they fail to honor it! They have literally stole my money! DO NOT bank with these crooks!

Horrible customer service. They have my address mixed up , unwilling to help, and do not care that my debit card is expiring when I called to make sure I would receive it in time. They still do not know when I would receive my new card. This is just one of an entire list of problems I have had with them since I first started... read full comment
