“For several months, I have been on the fence with changing the phone provider and purchasing new phones for the kiddo and myself. This morning after the previous contract had expired and the difficulties that I was enduring with the phones it was time to bite the bullet. Nervously the kiddos and I walked into the North Verizon shop and was greeted by a dapper associate named Dalton. Instantly the stress was erased as Dalton walked me over to the counter and asked me, with a sincere tone in his voice, what he could help me with. After expressing what we needed, Dalton was swift to research and provide us with 2 exceptional options. Then the kiddos and I chose the items that we needed. Dalton was gracious to take the time to set up the phones, apply the cases and precisely add the screen protectors. He looked to enjoy adding the screen protectors and it was satisfying to see the air dissipate with the swipe of his finger. We never felt rushed with all the time he took for the fam. Nevertheless, the outlandish nervousness that I had previously is now replaced with a gratefulness and satisfaction that this family received the very best customer service and phone plan that Verizon can provide.”
“Just went in the Mall and the same guy that I have seen for 7 years came up and asked what we needed. Then he asked about how our day. My daughter had just lost her oldest brother and I lost a Son. The owner offered to give 20$ for my daughter and my little girl wanted something and he told her you can just have it. I told her go around and give him a hug .Most the time I buy my cell phone cases here, now it will always be here.He gave words of encouragement and told my daughter that one day she will get to see him again. That he was in a better place!When you are in the Mall buy something off him please.”

“We recently bought an upgrade cell phone in Evansville, IN, for our sister-in-law who lives in Terre Haute. She was not with AT&T and wanted to keep her same number. This was do-able but took some work.On a recent visit to Terre Haute, we took her old phone in, as welll as the new phone, and began the transfer process.BECCA was BEYOND our ANGEL who made it happen!BECCA was not just successful; it was HOW she was successful!She was:VERY PROFESSIONAL!VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE!VERY HELPFUL!VERY PERSONABLE!VERY, VERY PATIENT with EVERYONE she had to network with to make this happen!As other customers came in, she extended them any help she could during any down time with us - which was VERY APPROPRIATE for us all!This young lady is a KEEPER!?THANK YOU, BECCA, for ALLLLL you do for the rest of us!You ARE appreciated!?”

“After visiting the other T-Mobile store and being told lie after Lie trying to upgrade my iPhone 11 to the 14 pro max And being treated very bad by a very rude young women I left and came to this one where the guy made sure I walked away with the phone I wanted and guess what not one lie or reason why I couldn't upgrade ! These guys are always awesome and very helpful they should get raises 5 ⭐️ services for sure !!! Oh and this store got my over $400 in cash for the upgrade the other one should be embarrassed that they let money walk out the door lbvs ?”

“We lost cable due to the terrible storms in our area. Today we were pleasantly surprised when Nathan from the terre haute / seelyville / Brazil area showed up. Nathan was a pleasure from minute one. He was helpful and kind and so sweet. He spend so much time assuring everything was fixed and working correctly. He was sociable and professional, and nothing but a pleasure. We actually had plans (minor) that we canceled to stay home (no fault of his) and we're actually happy we did because of his personality and expertise. Later his co worker Josie arrived and the same with him. Helpful, kind, Incredibly sociable . These are two men you need to retain. They go above and beyond. Cheers to them !! Give them a raise. And a paid day off !!”

“We changed from ATT with tons of difficulty (and ripping us off) and Cody was patient and kind. ATT made it super difficult for us but Cody made it easier. He knows what he's doing and I wouldn't trust such a huge change with anyone but him! He is the best I've seen in this business! Great store, great knowledge. Just got our new phones today and it took mine hours but he took it in stride. He deserves a raise and a promotion for the work ethic he puts forth. He has our business from now on for sure!
