“Just went in the Mall and the same guy that I have seen for 7 years came up and asked what we needed. Then he asked about how our day. My daughter had just lost her oldest brother and I lost a Son. The owner offered to give 20$ for my daughter and my little girl wanted something and he told her you can just have it. I told her go around and give him a hug .Most the time I buy my cell phone cases here, now it will always be here.He gave words of encouragement and told my daughter that one day she will get to see him again. That he was in a better place!When you are in the Mall buy something off him please.”

“My 5 star rating is not for the store but for the customer service representative that helped me on 3/17/25. I didn't get his name but he has been with Boost for some time. This man spent a good bit of his morning with me helping me with my phone issue. While I was there receiving his top notch expertise fixing my phone he multi tasked telephone calls, a constant stream of incoming customers and even processed a large delivery of inventory. “I went in to get an upgrade to my phone (had an iPhone 10). Cameron greeted me at the door and with his help I figured out what new phone was best for me. Upgraded to an iPhone 15 with no problem. The time in the store was quick and efficient and both Cameron and Kenny were great people to deal with. Since it’s been a while since I’d switched my plan, Cameron told me that I was actually paying way more than I should be with their current plans so he switched me over and saved me about $30/month. Glad I came in!”

“We lost cable due to the terrible storms in our area. Today we were pleasantly surprised when Nathan from the terre haute / seelyville / Brazil area showed up. Nathan was a pleasure from minute one. We actually had plans (minor) that we canceled to stay home (no fault of his) and we're actually happy we did because of his personality and expertise. “We changed from ATT with tons of difficulty (and ripping us off) and Cody was patient and kind. ATT made it super difficult for us but Cody made it easier. He knows what he's doing and I wouldn't trust such a huge change with anyone but him! He is the best I've seen in this business! Great store, great knowledge. Just got our new phones today and it took mine hours but he took it in stride. He deserves a raise and a promotion for the work ethic he puts forth. He has our business from now on for sure!
