Impounded my car for not even 24 hours and returned it to me with a scuffed up and bent front bumper.

Son had a single car accident, city police called Mikes auto wrecking. I ask the driver what it would cost to tow it to my home (less than 1/8 mile from wreck) he said under $200 so I said ok. He followed me the 3 minute drive home and decided it was gonna cost $250 or he wouldn't drop it. I had $260 in all $20 bills, he looked at me and said he had no change..... Expecting a $10 extra tip after holding the car hostage for the $50 he raised the previous price. He made me follow him to a gas station to get my change. The best I can guess from the chicken scratch on the bill his name is TODD. I have purchased a lot of parts from Mike and Debbie and find it hard to believe they would put up with this guys dragging their business down, after reading all the bad reviews on this page I'm positive this is the same tow truck driver most have delt with. Come on Mike and Debbie this guy is no good.

You would think the drivers would act with a little kindness or consideration after some one has experienced a traumatic accident. Also you would think they would have enough knowledge to know you can't drive a vehicle onto a flatbed with a broken front axel.

Was in an accident and towing was called. Mike’s had my vehicle and said it would be $250 to tow it less than a mile to my home but said it wouldn’t cost anything to be towed to their yard. Lowing I’d have to pay storage fees I chose that route and would get it in a few days when I could. They charged a tow fee anyway along with the storage and when confronted the driver backpedaled and claimed he did not tell me that. They pulled one over and got an extra $120 in storage fees.

I talked to a lady said they closed at 4:15pm online says 5pm they shut the gate early on me recommend not going here to your stuff else where

They were helpful the lady at front office needs help in there but it was officent enough.

Reprices suck by as bad as Paul Schaeffers pick up parts they pull their own parts which is nice, but if you don’t stay detailed on what and how the guy are bringing it back just a pigtail of your wire instead of the wire so be careful
