When I first got Metro, it was great. I've been in this store recently a few times. It ALWAYS smells like weed. They are ALWAYS in the back and only come out after you've been standing a while. Well, I added a line for my son. I couldn't get the sim.card in the phone. I had placed the order online. So they put a different sim card in the phone at the store. I could not see that. I have spent over 2 hours on the phone with customer service. I filed a complaint and the supervisor was NOT happy and I have to buy a new sim. But, I got a $30 credit. This store is pathetic and they need to drug test the employees. I called the store and it was the assistant manager that did it. It was the same manager on the phone. She could barely speak correctly. This is a shame. The phones are great, network is great. But the local store would be better off if flying monkeys ran it. Just saying...

Ally was our sales person today and she was excellent for us she was caring and real friendly to help us to get a phone for our daughter we will be getting more phones from her in the future. Thank you again!!!!

I went to get my daughter and grandkids phones and tablets for the ride to Florida and back. Thank God for the patience of the workers and knowledge of what they were doing. I would recommend if you are older and don't know much about what you are doing come to S. 3rd and they will take care of you.

bought my phone and within 12 hours took it back to the store they refused to give me my refund of the phone only I understand no refund for the activation and the minutes but the phone that I purchased they should have given me my money back for but did not I called customer service and customer service said that they would in fact and they had to because it's a policy but I wouldn't get refunded for the other two things and they called me and got abruptly rude the lady hung up on me actually and then the guy interrupted me mid-conversation saying can I talk please. RUDE SALES PEOPLE JUNK SERVICE NO DATA ANYWHERE OUT OF TERRE HAUTE IT WILL TELL YOU *NO INTERNET CONNECTION* THIS STORE IS A RIP OFF AND THEY ARE RUDE.

The roof is leaking and looks disgusting, bowls are everywhere for the leaking water coming through the ceiling. They don't have any IPhones in stock except the 6s at the time we visited and they really aren't much help.
