This place was GREAT before they built the south store. Now, it seems like the forgotten store because I have been told, on more than one occasion, "we don't carry that anymore, but the south store has it in stock."
Why should I have to go all the way down to the south store to get something that I have been getting here for YEARS???
For years, Menards was one of the few places on the north end that allowed the people who live around here to avoid going to all the way to the opposite side of town. That's why I NEVER shopped at Lowe's, even if they had a better price on the item or items I was looking for. I wanted to support Menards because they stuck it out on the north end for decades, even building a much larger store right next to their old location.
Now, they have the south store, so they make sure to keep that store fully stocked with everything you would ever go to Menards to get. Our money is just as green as theirs, isn't it?

This facility is good, I am not a fan of dust so... The place is full of constructión materials.
The security gentleman was respecful and professional, also super kind.
Clean restrooms, ofices and patio.
The employees are nice jajajaja, any time I approached, they looked scare however friendly??
Easy unload, fast documents, be careful with your straps, they busy so they may forget those.
Not to traficked, plenty of space to turn and backing up.
Ask for the owner O. program in the office, it sounds good!

I had a terrible experience. I purchased a Pulsar lawn mover from them. The pull rope stuck, and I couldn't start it. The blade diameter is longer than it should be and doesn't rotate. I showed it to some people who have Pulsar and they say they have never seen such a bizarre thing. The store wants me to drive 36 minutes to the service center in Paris, Illinois, only to hear from them that it is not fixable. The manager for the hardware part has no idea what she is talking about.

Over priced. Handy dandy. Security profiles/harasses the public including myself. Claimed to watch me do something on camera although was seen following me first. I only put something down to be told I was putting it in my pocket. Although pocketed items are not considered stealing if you don't leave with them. They don't even know the criteria of what they claim. Ignorantly trained.

I used to really like this place. It has gone down hill as far as quality of products offered for sale. Seems they have less and less quality name brands. Just my observation.

Clean bathrooms. Employees in every department. 20$ to copy a key is too expensive when its 4$ most other places. Lots of everything. Used appliances outside for cheap prices. Rebate deal for recurring customers.
