Made an appointment online and then called ahead to verify some details the day prior. When my wife an daughter arrived, they only had 2 of the 3 vaccines available for my wife and said my daughter couldn't be seen at all for her two vaccines. None of this was warned about on their website or over the phone call the day before. Had we known we could have scheduled an appointment at a different pharmacy out of town rather than wasting our evening.

I get all my meds here. Friendly staff, and if you're in a time crunch, they'll move you up the list and take care of you right then and there. They always tell me to give them 20-45 minutes. RARELY does it ever take that long when they know you are waiting on them.

Very strict about closing policy. Michelle told me if I showed up while people were still in drive thru then I could get my medication. I showed up at 8:02 and they closed the drive thru on me and the person in front of me while we waited for the car ahead of us

Didn't bother to confirm after incorrect prescription was called in twice. Would have avoided many headaches if customer service was a focus. Meds ready by text rarely were, line always horrible. Moving everything elsewhere.

They are always very busy. But all the workers at the Terre Haute store. Have always been very nice and helpful. And I very much appreciate that.

We have never used this pharmacy before. We were told our prescription was ready yesterday but went there and they were very rude told us we have to come back at 2:00 pm. We waited over an hour because we live 30 minutes away. When we went back at 2:00 pm they said sorry you'll have to come back tomorrow we had to order it. Went back today and they said sorry we gave it to someone else because you never called us. Rating of 1 was being generous.

The technician to check you out overall are pretty friendly but hands-down.. they have the rudest pharmacist’s and to top it off they never have anything in stock. And for people that need their prescriptions, you can’t wait around for two or three shipments to come in. It’s just wrong.

While in town on a business trip our son realized he had forgotten his Hoshimotos medicine back in NW Ohio. Called the pharmacy to get a refill knowing way to soon and insurance wouldn't pay. The pharmacy was excellent offered to work with insurance to try to get them to pay but informed us not to worry if they wouldn't they would put it on their discount card keeping price low. As expected insurance wouldn't cover but when we went to pay for it with discount it was actually less then we typically pay with our insurance. They really saved the day knowing we were able to get our son his life savings meds with a price we could afford thanks to their efforts.

Dawn Christmas is the best!!! But this new staff has much to learn. Between covid, staffing, management, stock etc. They have went down. From text alerts, phone calls saying order is ready for puck up and it's not to not getting anything at all when it's there. I feel bad for what the staff is going through. I know they are doing their best, but as a customer I need my meds. Before I actually run out for a week or more. I'm not totally leaving them , but I am changing to mail order for most of my meds.

Please open the drive through my mother can not walk and you have closed it due to short staff but every time I go in there to pick up her prescription there is plenty of staff in pharmacy..

At least second x for this script where I show up and can't get. One other script I had ; didn't know till I got there that script was a partial x I end up getting script filled at Kroger and have been ever since with that script. Yesterday I was told that script was out on automatic call and they would notify doctor and (be it I want) and script be ready today after 1:30. I came to meijer around 2:55 and lunable to get script - lady said I would need to contact my physician because script needed renewed. Told her I knew and automatic call said would be taken care of and get today. 4:30 get call that my script ready. I live in Brazil , not want to make another trip. So. I will do without till I get back that way ?? This peturbs me . I can think about it meantime shall I choose. Sorry this has happened
