I have my favorites here! Kibwe always lights up the room! I love his colorful personality and the way he will help figure stuff out because your insurance sucks! Sarah is always right on it and willing to help she don't rush just to get to the next person in line. She cares about everyone! Sierra is equally as amazing. Never rude, always makes sure we get what we need as well!!!Keep up the good work! Well, after seeing the low review number, I can’t say that I’m not surprised I went in to pick up a prescription on a Saturday evening before a flight Monday morning and I even called before I left to confirm and when I showed up they were closing outside up about 553 seven minutes till close so I went inside and I could see you soon as I walk inside the gates were already closed around the pharmacy and I was like 555 and I was at proceeded to the farm see you know even talking to the pharmacist with three minutes left and told him you know that I had called and he said that they’re all done now I was able to make it to customer service and get a manager up there before they even got your drawers up there, so these guys are stealing Time from the company evidently I guess but definitely definitely not caring about customer service I won’t go into great detail however, you know potentially not having this medication and going to the strip good no potentially need to lose and lots of money is for a time that me and my family desperately need. Thanks Kroger.

When I can actually get prescriptions in a timely manner (which is one every blue moon) this is a good pharmacy. But the fastest anymore is 1 day. If this is an average prescription no big deal. I plan for it but the current one I needed an antibiotic from the dentist. I went from 106 in line (with audio witness) to 260. Unacceptable. And I spoke to the same man.

The worst, in 3 1/2 weeks I got less than 1/2 of a script. They have lied to me multiple times about it being ready the next day. I will pick it up tomorrow or I will change pharmacy

Went to pick up my meds at a pharmacy and there was no pharmacist so I couldn’t pick up my meds that I need. Why are you even open then?

Good luck, you may or may not get your medicine the same week it's prescribed. Don't expect anyone to answer the phone if you call this incompetent pharmacy.

I recently switched my prescriptions over to Kroger North pharmacy after huge problems with CVS. The technician that always helps me is beyond fabulous. I believe her name is Chris. She has long dark curly hair with glasses. She knows exactly who I am and what prescription I am waiting on when I walk in the door. She is always so quick and efficient! She really knows her job!! This morning I personally witnessed the pharmacist dealing with several difficult people. The entire time she was so kind and patient. This is very rare in healthcare right now , especially at a pharmacy so I had to publicly recognize them!

First time at this store since living here for 6 years. Won’t go back. Everyone acted like they were miserable for being there and the cashier was very rude when I asked him a question. I felt so aggravated when leaving the store don’t care to ever go back. Worst experience I’ve ever had at a grocery.

This pharmacy continues to close its drive thru everyday at unposted hours and hangs a sign that tells patients to join inside. This is the only pharmacy I've ever known to not use its drive thru especially during this time of COVID. This pharmacy also has the worst automative system when calling in refills and when trying to reach the pharmacist they rarely answer the phone. When using the automative system for refills it will give you a time it will be ready for pickup however when arriving today and on many other occasions the pharmacy tells me the medication will arrive on a truck such and such day. This is a prescription my daughter has been on for months and should be expected to be refilled when prescription runs out and should always be in stock. I had to explain that she is out and needs it for the worker to tell me he would look in the back and if theres none back there then I'm out of luck. Not only the slowest and most unorganized pharmacy but the most dirty, unorganized and unstocked kroger I've ever shopped at.

I can see why the rating is so low !!! I tried to be understanding of the short staff issue however the rude behavior by some of the younger girls that work here is uncalled for !!! Will be moving to Walmart from now own !!!

After my experience with pharmacist Autumn my rapport with this pharmacy that I've had for many years now is ruined. She lied to my face, and refused to fill my prescription. Sure two people working today, regardless when you deny a patient a partial fill even and lie after you just told them something was wrong with the written script and it gets fixed. You do NOT refuse to fill and lie to your patient period. This is not okay even if you've had a long day, this behavior should not be tolerated anywhere. You have an obligation to your patients.
