We rented a U-Haul from this location to take the 2nd load of my belongings to Mobile, AL. I would've given them a 5 star rating, but have them a 4 star because even though I don't believe it was their fault, we've been stranded in Clarksville, TN for >24 hrs at this point due to driver's side front wheel bearing going out on the truck during our trip. The truck and trip itself have been a nightmare, but like I said, I don't believe it was a problem with this establishment, but couldn't see giving them a 5 star rating under the circumstances.

Jim is extremely nice and seems to be very proud of his business. We picked up our rental on new years eve with no issues. Jim and I did a thorough inspection of the truck before leaving with the vehicle, he marked all the damage spots before we left to ensure we wouldn't have kind past damage dumped on us. The cab was already cleaned prior to picking it up, but Jim went through one last time with towel and cleaner and touched up some extra spots. Couldn't be happier with the service Jim provided, when I need to rent a U-Haul again I will definitely be back at Jim Whites Auto Service.Not to mention new years eve is his birthday, even though he was working on a holiday and his birthday, it did not effect the amazing experience I received.

Makes you give at least one star but I want to give zero stars! Worst experience ever! This place is poorly run and very unprofessional. They promise to have your stuff fixed at a certain time and when you show up, it hasn't been touched. They blame it on being "short handed" but when they have your number but yet still don't manage to call you, that's not being short on staff, that's being disrespectful and unprofessional. Especially when it's the owner themselves! Horrible experience.. I do not recommend.

We had an order to rent a U-Haul and they failed to send us a code to get the keys. Normally, they are open on Saturday, but apparently they did not want to be today. When we tried to call, we were sent straight to voicemail and have had no luck reaching anyone. Horrible service and an absolutely horrendous experience. Avoid this location at all costs.
