I booked appointment for haircut with Tracy but she was not there and they didn’t even inform me that she was not there. I was told that it would be late. And the time for the delay was 52mins!!!!
I am not satisfied. I had to cut my hair today as I have plans tomorrow.

Don’t get a perm here! My hair was a frizzy mess! She took forever to roll it and my hair is super short! She took over 3 hours and I ended up leaving with the rollers still in my hair. Super expensive and not worth it!

I was so nervous going into the salon as I haven't been to one in a decade but I was not disappointed. I was reassured that I was in good hands by the senior designer and color specialist Abby. We got along so well I didn't even need to be on my phone to pass the time but instead we had great conversation. She is not only super sweet of a person but did an amazing job on my natural blonde balayage and I couldn't be more happy with the results! I will be going to her from now on for all future touch ups!

This is for the InStyle salon inside JCPenney. I was so nervous going into the salon as I haven't been to one in a decade but I was not disappointed. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Jessica took 5 hours just to dye my hair blonde and it was $150. And I only tipped her because when she took my picture she curled my hair and took a picture of the back of my hair with my head cropped out the picture. When it is straight the roots look terrible. Please don’t waste your time here. I hope this place closes like the rest of the awful stores in the Mall.

Tracy has been doing my hair since I was a kid. Once again she did an amazing job! Couldn't be happier my cut and color and the overall service at this salon. Her color matching skills are on point!
