Manager said i needed to pay 48$ to replace a cricut. I've the total equipment protection and yet they still charged me. Called the 800 number and he was wrong to charge me. Now I'm out 48$ cause of bad management.

Everything thing that was done in store could have been done over the phone. I had even asked if it could be done over the phone so I wouldn't have to drive there.

Every time I have come into this store, getting help is nearly impossible, they point me in the direction of the desired item and then walk off. Customers are an inconvenience to them. Secondly, they have never had the items I needed. I am better off ordering from Amazon.

Best Buy lost us as customer! went on the 4th of May to purchase a new gas range. Told us delivery would be in 3 weeks and we would be notified by email the day before. That e-mail said they would be here between 12-4 pm. on Tuesday, so we had our old stove hauled away Monday night. They showed up at 8:45 am. No one was home. They left my husband a voicemail that we would have to reschedule. The new delivery date wouldn't be until June 21st. The call center is a joke. Was disconnected 4 times and when we finally got someone it was obvious they didn't have any knowledge about the delivery process. We went back to Best Buy and got a refund. Then proceeded to go to a family run business and purchased our stove and install will be this Tuesday. Thankful to Ace Applianc in Terre Haute! And they service after they sell!

They will help, but to make appointments go in so they can pencil you in, The online and over the phone automation call makes it seem like it is try to solve issues instead of making a appointment.

Not my normal review as I tend to not post negative comments.... but this place needs some help! Ok.... I get that stocks are low but that is no reason all the twenty year olds should be found standing in back staring at the latest tweet on their cell phones.... It took my walking up to Customer Service.... No one there...... Over to an employee who was on their way home after working to chasing a person who had to go in back and ask a coworker if they saw some news post that just came out before she could be bothered with assistance and gaining Best Buy a $ 500.00 sale. Sorry, but when I come in to spend that type of money and need to run someone down to complete the sale.... something is wrong. As I walked up to the register there were NO CASHIERS there.... She came walking from the customer service area and asked me if I was ready to check out which she could have realized as I set a very large box down immediately in front of the counter...... wonder how many things walk out the door when the cashier is away from where one would think she should stay put at...... Lack of leadership and be ready to serve yourself at this store....

best buy in terre haute discriminates against us folks who are disabled and handicaped.was told to mask up or get out,all without any regard for a persons problems.had 3000.00 to buy two new home computers and told them so.their response is mask or door.business'fail to grasp the concept of hippa privacy laws and best buy violated the hippa act by attempting to issue a medical device,mask and attempting to make us wear it.youll be reading all about it in court papers very soon you nazis
