Received furniture that was missing a handle for our loveseat. No place for a handle told me I would have to bring the loveseat back to the store because I used store pick up. Very poor Customer Srv.

Furniture row has a great selection of furniture, however once the sales reps make there sale ur done. buy a sectional in gray, sales rep puts order in as a brown/gray Sectional. Who wants a different color sectional . Humans make Mistakes, my husband and myself being patient. Half the couch is delivered. 6 hrs later after being able to really check the couch out, realize the chaise top may be broken. Call furniture row, terre haute, male sal rep gets smart, gives wrong name of himself and his manager and lied about e-mail to send complaint and says our original sales rep doesn't work there. After long searching and trying to speak to manager, we finally make contact. He sends someone out. Still awaiting the rest of our sectional. I have to make contact to see when the final piece would be in. Find out it's just been sitting there and no one bothered to call. Left messages after messages. Speak with Manager again. I ask how are we going to make this right. He says he is unable to do anything , no discount, not even a free cheap pillow. It was out of his hands for all the mess ups. Ok , so ur sales rep say out of there hands it's in the hands of manager. Manager says he cannot do anything. Ok , who can? Do not buy from there. the heart a soul of that company is the delivery driver. The rest need fired. will be contacting my attorney. Manager also said in sales they cannot give their name.

Very helpful looking for what I needed. The Sales Lady was very helpful. If I asked about the furniture I was looking for she knew exactly where to take me and show options as well. It was smooth going. And she was able to make suggestions on other things I may need but asked and if I said yes I need that as well she would show the options. As well as when I said no I was not interested we moved on to thw next thing I needed.

Nice staff and a very big selection of furniture, however we were told February for our furniture delivery and now they're saying April. I may be forced to request a refund as 6 months is to long to wait.
