I had a very good, positive experience at Finzel's today. My appt. was at 8am and I got there 3-4 minutes early, walked in to the service check-in area and immediately got checked in by Matt (very friendly guy). I told him a had a tire rotation appt. and he looked me up on his computer and acknowledged it, took my key and immediately handed it off to a service tech and invited me to have a seat in the service area which I did. Twenty some minutes later Matt called out my name to tell me that my tire rotation and inspection had been completed! Loved the quick service! Also loved getting a text message from them that detailed the inspection (confirming I had no other issues needing addressing). I was very impressed by everything at Finzel's .. the people ... the service .. the shop itself (very clean and well lit) .. everything was good and I will definitely return the next time I need service! Thanks Finzel's!!

Great service and great experience overall. Scott and Matt were a huge help making sure we were updated as often as possible. Provided a loaner car at no cost since we had an entire engine to fix. Having all that done in just 2 weeks was great!

Finzels and the crew were awesome!! Not only did I have car problems but I also had transmission issues. The team went out of their way to help me find the right solution for my car as well as help me get my car back and forth to the shop and back home. I have never had a company. Have so much knowledge, so much patience, and consideration for their customers. I would highly recommend them and the team!

Electrical issues on my 2017 Smart car brought me to Finzels. Issue was diagnosed. Was very happy with the outcome. Was treated with the upmost courtesy. Will definitely go back.

Spent almost $4000 to fix a death wobble issue with my 2015 Jeep Wrangler and have the lifters replaced so the was no tapping sound. The tapping sound is worse after the so called repair, the Jeep still wobbles on the highway, and directly out of their shop a new issue of grinding sounds coming from the Jeeps rear. I can't believe how this business took advantage of me and I don't recommend anyone taking their Jeep here for any repair work. Horrible experience!
That sensor had my dashboard lit up and dinging straight out of your shop on my first experience. You told me that you had to use a stethoscope to hear the lifters that the rest of the world could hear from a block away. And yes, I purchased new tires, not from you because you were twice the price I was able to afford. I appreciate the reply, but not your lying to protect yourselves from your horrible repair work.

They fixed my wheel alignment and broke my gear shift on my Burban don't take your car there never they won't show most bad reviews they have tons don't go there please save yourself the head aches. I didn't bring it back cause I didn't want more issues you have lots of bad reviews. So I figured just stick with what works my original mechanic.

Keep me up to date with everything that was going on with my car while they were working on it . Price quoted was also right on they did not try and add any extra fees . Very polite and professional and the shop dog comes to greet you when you come in cutest thing ever.
