Mr wes I swear is my favorite at riley ind garage they fixed our car several times! Great job a few ooops but even mechanical issues happen but they always keep us informed and it's always a pleasure seeing wes.. I got any issue small or question I call or go see Mr wes! He is always happy to help never makes me feel I'm a bother and as being a woman who knows a bit I can say I've never been taken money wise because I'm a woman.. unlike other garages I tried but walked out!

UPDATE:
Not the same Dusty’s. Took all my vehicles here for the last decade and always recommended this place to everyone. Customer service and quality which is what “Dusty’s” use to stand for has now gone out the window. Hoping the new owners can get it figured out soon without running Dusty’s name into the ground.
Edit: Sorry for the misunderstanding on my behalf, I should have said new management. It wasn’t just one issue it was multiple issues with both bad quality and bad customer service which I’ve already taken up with Wes. And you’re incorrect, this isn’t to resolve any issues, this simply is just what it is a “Review” where you rate your experience with a business to allow others to view and make their own decision on whether they want to use your service based upon “reviews”. Trying to shame someone for leaving a negative review for having multiple negative experiences with a business, shows just how professional this new “management” is. I once had given this place 5 stars and recommended them to everyone I came into contact with, now I’ve removed it and replaced with a 1, which is where I feel the quality and customer service is at. I have no ill will and truly hope they can turn it around, you just will no longer have my business.

Couldn’t get quote. Dude was immediately rude. Said he wasn’t gonna give a quote without it in there (don’t have tranny hard to get in especially just for a diagnostic) but was so rude. Said I can waste my time calling around other places. Sounds like I wasted my time calling him. Douschbag.

Wes helped us today very professionally, we had no appt. Experiencing issues with slipping transmission. He arranged for someone to drive our 2007 Pontiac Grand Prix. They were able to make time to check it out hoisted. Found the problems, explained thoroughly. Found small leak in Hydrolic so they added fluid. Plan to have seal and rebuild transmission work within the month. As seniors, we were very pleased with our service and consideration recieved. Would highly recommend!Service: Transmission

Ordered a special build torque converter for my truck, was literally expecting a week turn around at minimum, was called in 2 days and told my part was there! And pricing was definitely less than any competitor

Noticed i was leaking transmission fluid and pulled right in to dustys off the highway, They took me right in and had me out super quick. Clean family shop, great attendants, and couldnt ask for more. Tyty

There are a great group of mechanics at Dusty's Transmission. They are always friendly and very fair with their prices. I have all 3 of our vehicles worked on there and I highly recommend them for servicing your vehicle.
