Slow. Unorganized. Extra. They "lost" my insurance information (it's stored in a database, like what?). Then, when I updated it at the consultation counter and then scooted over to the pickup counter to finally get my meds (within maybe 2 minutes of each other), they claimed not to have it on file. Again. Upon me explaining what just happened, she seemed put-off that I would dare ask they run the meds against the insurance again. Because I checked the insurance site itself, cross referenced my meds with their site; I should be spending $0. Not $800.Eventually, with a few other annoyances I'll chalk up to them being busy, I was able to get my meds for what I expected to pay: $0. Be forewarned, they will try to pin it on insurance as the issue but I've been on this healthcare merry-go-round long enough to know that isn't the case in this instance.

The lady who answered the phone in the pharmacy literally told me they were too busy for the pharmacist to call and transfer a script for me and I should try someplace else. What??????

The reason I enjoy shopping at this CVS is because of Zack. Zack is the epitome of what customer service should be. He acknowledges every customer, offers assistance, and wishes us a good day. He makes my shopping experience a great one. I wish every business had a Zack.

This pharmacy is ridiculously slow .Any time I am there the wait Is at least 35 minutes, there is at least 4 staff members in at a time so this should really never be an issue .

There is a reason their ratings are so low. Very incompetent from the pharmacist to to drive thru employees. If possible, go somewhere else

This CVS is the most unorganized establishment ever! Been there twice within 6 months, both for COVID tests, and you show up for your scheduled time in the drive thru for them to have you get back in line because they are having problemswith their system. All while you are sick and have wasted almost an hour and they still can't do the test. They cant even get a prescription filled on time, told it would be an hour and the next wvening they still hadnt gotten it ready. I will glady drive out of my way to another pharmacy that knows what they are doing!

Rapid covid-19 test came back negative and ended up testing positive for covid at the hospital hours later. Do not waste your time by trusting minute clinic rapid tests, take the time to go to the hospital or urgent care.

I was trying to ck out but the self check out wasn't working properly. I asked for help and the girl said and I quote " I'm helping someone and you will have to wait " end quote. The people that she was helping had been talking to her for approximately 15 minutes. It doesn't take 15 minutes to answer a question. She was very rude not only to me but to the other people that was behind me. We all walked out without purchasing anythingWhat a disappointment!!! Never will I return to any C V S location.

670 E Margaret Ave, Terre Haute, IN 47802 has hands down the most unprofessional staff I have ever encountered. I live south of this store and drive to the Wabash store because the staff aren't rude and are very polite.

Drive thru sucks if there is 2or three in line plan on waiting for 45mins+When it's my turn to go I waited for 10 more minutes and they just look at me and just ignored me so I left I am going to get my meds thru mail order has to be betterDon't go to this Drive thru

A little nervous, after reading reviews.I haven’t had any issues, but I just changed some of my sons prescriptions over to them. So we will see, if any issues , I’ll transfer meds elsewhere . Not a problem just an inconvenience.

I had an appointment for covid testing and staff just said she wasn’t seeing it in her system. She did not even take my confirmation number to check if they had a system issue.Staff unkind and rude.Online said 2 days for covid test in store said 5 daysCVS is unreliable-**** WALGREENS is 5 stars ⭐️

Prices were decent I got a can of lightly salted cashews for $4.99 that's about $3 cheaper than they are at Walmart

I got my medicine right away! Staff are so knowledgeable and friendly! Would highly recommend!
