extremely rude people. I got hung up on twice trying to call and get a refill. they said 30 mins, u get there 27 mins later and they say 30 more mins. the little girl at the window snapped her head at me and asked if she could help me. if you don't like your job then get another one snob

Most non-caring pharmacy I've ever seen. Long line in drive thru and they close it, making everyone go inside, when there's no longer a line in drive thru, they open it back up. Calling in to check on a prescription and sit on hold 20 + minutes waiting for someone to answer. Poor customer service!

Slow service, always waiting in line inside and the drive thru for the pharmacy. Don’t send ur meds here if you don’t wanna wait 30+ min just to get them.

I waited in the waiting area of the pharmacy for an hour after being told it would be 15 minutes for my prescription to be filled. Turns out it had been ready almost the whole time and they just didn't notify me. I guess I'll just have to ask every 2 minutes from now on just to keep from having my time wasted.

On hold for 30 minutes. Said my prescription would be ready at 9 went there and said it would not be ready till 3. Never get my prescriptions there again

Ive been on the phone, on hold for now going on 2 HOURS!!!!!! Extremely terrible service. There's always 7 people behind the counter but even though you are the only customer waiting, they will make you stand there for 20 minutes until ONE of them comes and helps you. Will NEVER recommend this place and it's unfortunate that this is the only place i can get my medicine. I hope a corporate person sees all this and does something about it.

Short handed staff. Drive thru closed during regular business hours on my one day off. Picked up my script and was shorted. I’m supposed to take it back on my 4th trip there so they can “review”. I’d rather just pay out of pocket. CVS? I will pass! Wish I could give NO stars!

My father was charged $265 for an antibiotic, AFTER MEDICARE paid $321!!! Please tell me why they charged a total of $584 for a medication that Walmart sells for $76, using GoodRx? Unfortunately, my elderly father didn't know better and used a great portion of this months income, to pay for my mother's vancomycin antibiotic. It's disgusting that this pharmacy takes Andrade of the elderly!

This store is understaffed. Employees are disgruntled and their attitude reflects that. I have gone to this store for over 20 years and it has gone from the best to worst.

I had a prescription called into the Wabash Ave pharmacy this morning for a migraine. I got a text from them stating they had to contact my doctor for clarification and would text me when my Rx was ready. Their Saturday hours online are listed that they are open until 9:00 pm. My husband went in at 6pm to get my Rx even though they never txt me to let me know if it was ready or not. At this point my head is pounding and I really need my medication. THEY ARE CLOSED!!! They closed at 6:00 on a SATURDAY!!! Switching pharmacies. No wonder they are closing locations. Please UPDATE YOUR ONLINE INFORMATION!!!!

I had a scheduled appointment for my Pfizer Booster dose, which I arrived on time and checked in as requested online. I get to the pharmacy counter, and was told after waiting for almost 20 minutes, that the person who gives the vaccine was not available. Word of advice CVS, do NOT schedule appointments if there is no one available to give the vaccine. Also it seemed as if none of the " Pharmacy Techs " had any idea what they were doing, and they were not at all friendly. I understand being busy and or short staffed, because most businesses are right now, but very poor customer service overall. I will not use this location for any reason again.
