Staff was very knowledgeable and helped me port my numbers over from another carrier. The process would have been much quicker if the provider I was switching from had better trained customer service agents. I love cricket, and will definitely be sticking with them.

This person working was actually very knowledgeable and helpful!! He set my husband's new phone up transferred all the information and it didn't take him any time at all to do it!! We have literally spent hours in there before waiting for staff to do this so Great Job to the young man working the day we were there!!

I highly suggest never using cricket wireless especially the Terre haute store. He will talk to you like you have no common sense and refuse to help you after they get you set up. Back to straight talk at least they will help you.Congrats William you officially pushed customs away. Never ever again.....
