If you've never been, it's a bit confusing where you need to go as they have multiple lanes when you first pull in. However, the staff is very nice & helpful.

Very well organized. Does a good job I have Lexus and does not scratch it. Also I live in the country so I have a lot of dust and bugs cuz I drive very far all the time and it gets all the dirt and grime off my vehicle. And I love the fact that I'm always greeted with a smile.
