I LOVE Burlington!! If you're going to get a great deal, it'll be here. Suits, dress clothes, casual. You get so much more for your money here. Our whole family enjoys browsing and always finds something. Alot usually. We enjoy the plethera of items. Its clean though the womens bathroom always smells and needs air freshener. And the sanitizer machine needs filled. Staff friendly. Always working & nice.

I love shopping there but everytime I go to try on clothes the carpet smells like pee. There are a few workers that I enjoy seeing everytime I go in. Inventory has gone way down from before which is a bummer. Also items cannot be held which is what a worker told me, but yet I always see workers putting items behind the registers for them. And I know it is a fact because one time I asked about a perfume and the cashier told me that her co-worker put it behind the cash register for herself. It was not close to closing time, it was right after they had opened in the morning.

Usually I have No Complaints about Terre Haute’s Burlington, but tonight really put me in a cruddy mood as I type this from the parking lot… The store shows ONLINE and at the DOOR that they close at 10:00 pm. However it’s 9:46 and the door is locked at the entrance to the outside. Despicable. If you’re that desperate to keep your remaining lifelines (customers) locked out of the store so you can clock out at 10 on the dot then maybe there oughta be some changes to the store hours because this is an embarrassment to, not only me, but to the store alone. There were literally 3 employees standing at the cash registers looking lazy (and obviously unprofessional) as I drove by the store when I was leaving. All I can say is WOW. I work retail and would NEVER DO THIS AT MY JOB! Nor would anybody else. Why would I even want to come back?
