Big Lots is an organized and clean store with a good selection and helpful, friendly people. The pricing is often a third of other stores, and they frequently have items others are sold out of. Assistance is usually helpful, including with loading purchases. The location, however, is in need of a revamp, and service in the furniture section can be lacking. Public restrooms are acceptably functional.
