Prices can get expensive work is usually dependable but for the price you're going to be paying it's closer to $10-$40 on what the cost of air filter fuel filter blade sharpened oil 1or2 quart oil spark plug 1or2 grees and lubed with new gas that's a normal full service and its going to run around $190+$1,200
they are the only guys that will come out and pick up your mower ext and drop off for free its best not to piss these guys off or the price will reflect

Over the years, I have occasionally needed parts for various lawn equipment and, after calling local repair shops for parts, invariably end up calling Jack's. Not only do they always come thru with a in-stock part, they are also have great customer support to make sure I get the right part. They are like a Costco experience - great service, good pricing, happy experience.

Way over priced. Do yourself a favor and call someone else. Minor repairs and a general service was $520. I’ll take my mower somewhere else. 2 weeks later after spending all that money for a running mower the mower won’t even start. Big jacks is a total rip off.

I was informed they would pickup my mower after 12. I call them at 12 and they said they would be right out. 3pm rolls around and I call them again. They said they're out picking up all the mowers and we'll be here soon. 530pm rolls around and still nothing. Place is now closed and I had to leave work early to get home for nothing. Horrible experience with this company and won't ever go back. They get zero stars from me!

Dropped off the mower, and within 3 days got a call and cost back. They were efficient and found what was wrong quickly, and only charged us the labor cost for what was a pretty simple fix. Thanks!
