The staff was helpful with local eating ideas. The shop cat was a huge hit with my wife and sealed the deal for J's being our LBS whenever we are back in town to hit trails.”

Example #1 I commute with my kids in tow my tire went flat a friend saw and took it to him he fixed it and installed it so quickly that my kids didn't even miss their activity and we headed home on time before the hangry happen. Saved me. Second I use a cargo bike that is massive and he has gone above and beyond for servicing it.”
