Did a good job on my alignment, however I know it's part of the job. But I don't like people trying to up sell me on parts I just replaced. But they were friendly and got my vehicle done before the actual appointment time. Which is impressive because the lobby was full.

Drove up from Florida 2 weeks ago in the Silverado HD to see family. Had a little wa-wa in the left front so I thought I would rotate before I drove home. I spoke together Bruce on the phone and he said come on in. Got there and spoke to Jason. I was shocked to be quoted only 20 bucks. Jason suggested a balance for only $40 more. What the heck... why not. I sat down for only 45 minutes and then when the tech walked in and told me I was done, he said it was only out a few ounces off on any tire. Great. When I went to check out? Guy said $39.99 please. I told him I thought he was mistaken that it should have been $60? He said no that's okay we applied a coupon!
Can't say enough nice things about this place.

First I want to apologize for doubting the employees at Belle Tire for their findings. I went to Hyundai for an inspection after going there and was told everything is fine. Thankfully I had warranty on my car so I went to Firestone who confirmed the findings of Belle Tire. If my warranty would've covered at Belle I would've gone back. Thank you guys so much and again I'm sorry that I had doubted you.

Over torqued lug nuts on not one but two of my cars by over 150 foot pounds, they need to learn what a torque wrench is instead of over torque lug nuts and risking breaking lugs and losing a tire down the road, over charging shitty work shop

Had both my car and daughters car in the Terre Haute location, Wow! Made appointments on both, don't waste your time as it is just for the horse and pony show that will happen during your visit, Both experiences were the worst I have dealt with at a Belle Tire. Did NOT do the work that was asked to be done, and on my daughters car they checked out the brakes and said they were all good, only to take it to another place and as I watched them take them off and show me, it was beyond clear that brakes needed replaced, this was NOT a free service we were asking for, I feel they just take every customer that walks thru the door and tell them "sure, we can get you taken care of" but should follow up with at some point and time we will see what we can do. Really had high hopes for this place when they came to town, but they quickly went down hill on service. Do better Terre Haute!

30 minutes in and out with a tire repaired for free, along with a clean, comfortable waiting area and fun, friendly, efficient staff. Being generous to customers up front to earn their future business is a model I appreciate, and has definitely worked on me!
