Ask for Dillon. This man is knowledgeable of the available equipment and parts on hand. I went to this shop and the Advanced Auto across the street. Totally negative at Advanced.I went back today .July 15th. I had another great experience with Kevin. What a great crew. Kevin helped me with all my purchases and went beyond the bar set by other auto parts stores helping me air up my tires, used the code reader to find problems with my vehicle, and helped me to get the best deals on all my purchases.

Today I came in looking for two items, while searching for my second item I was having trouble deciding which one would work best. An employee happens to walk by me while helping another customer. I gave up and picked my cheapest option knowing very well it was probably not my best option ? while waiting in line to check out, the same employee comes behind me and says “I think this will work better”. He noticed what was going on, he noticed I was struggling and helped me, awesome customer service! Sadly, I don’t remember his name but everyone at this location is always very nice and helpful when I come here

The experience I had with a young man named Robert at your Wabash store was outstanding for lack of words. He was so friendly and kind. I usually don't get that when I go there there. Depends which one you go to in Terre Haute. My opinion Wabash and Fort Harrison stores are great. Usually have the parts and knowledgeable people to help you...now 3rd street autozone is a different story. Avoid that one

They LIED about us not buying a battery from them and forced us to buy a new one at full price, when the battery was fully under warranty and we know for a fact we bought it from AutoZone. Scott was incredibly rude to everyone, not just us. They had a kid working there that knew close to nothing, but at least he was nice.

Purchased a set of headlight replacement bulbs, there are better deals online but didn't want to wait, end up not needing them anyway. Make sure to have your receipt for returns. It will make the transaction smooth. If you don't have your receipt then expect delays or issues trying to get a refund
