They have me an amount of time it will take and my car was ready on the date that they said. Now granted I had to wait for a while to get in to get the work done but that was not an issue due to my car still being able to be driven. If I ever need work done again, this is where I will go! “I had minor collision damage after backing into a pole. Local Toyota dealership recommended. I went and got a quote. Service for quote was fast and friendly. Part was ordered and appointment made. Showed up for repair at 8am. And it was completed so quickly. I don't recommend backing into poles, but should you find yourself in this situation. I highly recommend. Hope to not need their services again. But this place's customer service is top tier. :) Thank you so much for taking care of me and my Highlander. Your service is appreciated.”

“If you need a car repair shop that's honest and beyond fair, look no further than Switzer. I brought my car into the shop because my Freon had leaked out; they fixed the leak the same day. Then, when my car ran out of Freon within a few days, I called them, and they got me in within two days. They called me to let me know there was another leak, and he said, "we should have caught that; also, there is no charge. These people are truly the best auto repair shop in Terre Haute.”

“Desperately needed brakes for my truck. They had them, but my dad couldn't pay for them over the phone. So I had to wait for his online order to get processed before I could get them. Due to me not understanding the difference between an over the phone order and an online order, I'm rating this a 4 star experience.”
