Meeka was great! I went in there to upgrade my phone for the first time, and the entire process went great! She helped me understand how doing an upgrade works when the primary account holder is not present. Within an hour or so, I was able to get a brand new phone and end up paying nothing for activation fees because of my trade-in. Meeka was very helpful and patient. For her first day on the floor, it was a great experience, and she is a great additional to this AT&T store's team! Will definitely come back here for all future upgrades/services.

Danielle slusser really did a wonderful job for us, of chorse we are AT&T customers and both of our phones were mistakenly turned off, we had no phone service and we were leaving for a vacation and really needed our phones, Danielle used her phone so we could work with customer service to get the problem fixed. She is the best and totally saved our vacation. Thanks again Danielle.

Danielle Slusser was Amazing! We were In such a mess, we had spent 4 hours on the phone getting back our service to ATT, it was horrible, and we went to another Att facility that tried but couldn't do it and went to the 2nd ATt facility and that representative wouldn't even try and told us to go online. Finally we got to Danielle and she sat with us on HER phone because our phone were disconnected. We were with her for over 2.5 hours and she was persistent and wouldn't give up! She got the job done. We are in healthcare and are on call and we had no way of the hospital contacting us for emergency services. We were on our way to Wisconsin and had no cell phones and GPS. Anyone knows how desperate you are without phones. I can't say enough to send accolades and notary to her kindness and unstoppable care and service to us. I would refer my friends and family to go to her for any problems in the future. The facility she was at was over 45 minutes away and there were closer facilities, and we tried them, but got NOWHERE. So I don't know what you need to do for her but please know your business needs more people like her. Take a moment to acknowledge her on behalf of my husband and I. Thank you Tammie Purcell..

I bought an iPhone 15 from a promo that gave $850 credit for my trade in. While waiting for the new phone to come in they told me to keep my old phone until the new phone arrived. Once my new phone arrived I only got $350 for my trade in because the promotion expired. This wasn’t my fault and they didn’t tell me about any of this when I bought the phone of course. It was just a way to make the customer lose $500 and a bigger gain for them. I think the whole situation was a scam.

Lukas was extremely rude and should not be apart of att, lacks every attribute for a “sales” and “customer service” rep. Told me I was a liar and wouldn’t help with anything.

I like this store but drove 37 miles on a Sunday and the store was closed at 5:20. I suggested a google change of time because on google it says closed at 6 on Sundays but on the door says 5.

My sales associate was very patient, kind and well educated at what he does. He definitely needs a raise. Should be put a management position considering he knew more than the actual manager on the clock. And the said manager that was on the clock was not very nice to the customers that he was helping and the customers was only asking for help and to be more informed.

I’ve been trying to switch services because my grandma is very sick and I can’t afford the phone bill on my own. They refuse to port my phone number over because they can’t speak to my the authorized user on the account even thought being told several times that she is ill and unable to talk and walk.
