Do not go to this AT&T store. 100% scammed us!!!The lady who started my new service added the insurance and early upgrade charge AFTER I told her we did not want it. Told her I wanted the $70 plan and my son wanted the $60 plan. She signed us both up for the $85 plan. So now our first bill is over $500!!!!! Also they lied and said I would get $1000 for my trade and I had 2 weeks to bring my trade in so I had time to transfer everything and reset. Took trades in the fallowing week and they would only give me $830. Told me the deals change daily and there’s nothing they can do about it. Never once told me that the day I got serve. I had both trades with us THAT day.

We recently bought an upgrade cell phone in Evansville, IN, for our sister-in-law who lives in Terre Haute. She was not with AT&T and wanted to keep her same number. This was do-able but took some work.On a recent visit to Terre Haute, we took her old phone in, as welll as the new phone, and began the transfer process.BECCA was BEYOND our ANGEL who made it happen!BECCA was not just successful; it was HOW she was successful!She was:VERY PROFESSIONAL!VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE!VERY HELPFUL!VERY PERSONABLE!VERY, VERY PATIENT with EVERYONE she had to network with to make this happen!As other customers came in, she extended them any help she could during any down time with us - which was VERY APPROPRIATE for us all!This young lady is a KEEPER!?THANK YOU, BECCA, for ALLLLL you do for the rest of us!You ARE appreciated!?

Whatever guy was working in there on 10/7/23 has terrible customer service. Does not greet or acknowledge waiting customers. Will get service online or a different store due to him.

Becca the store manager is awesome! I went to the south store and they were useless and wouldn’t help me with anything. I went into this location frustrated and she reassured me that she would fix the issue that the other store messed up and she spent an hour on the phone getting it resolved and my account fixed the way it should. Went over everything and expectations of next bill and we even upgraded a few phones. I could tell she was very busy training a new employee and other employees were asking her questions but I also learned she is a full time Nursing student too on top of this and I give her kudos for managing everything well and what she does for the company is fantastic! She blew my exceptions out of the park and I won’t go anywhere else! Very knowledgeable and helpful and the best manager that’s been in this store

Beyond rude Customer Service, Lazy and disrespectful to AT&T Employees and Retailors. Beyond disgusted.Manager needs an employment review for lack of charisma , attitude, and terrible costumer service . We all have bad days, don’t take it out of costumers.

Don’t come here unless you want to get scammed. Avoid talking to Joseph and Rae. Rae is new but Joseph was guiding her. I supposedly got a deal to the the new iPhone 14 for free that is worth $799 if I were to trade in my phone that was worth $800. I came to find out today it was only worth $350. The Manager Becca said they can’t do anything about it once it was traded in. On the initial day I came in to get the new phone Joseph was talking bad about a customer who came in and thought he paid off his phone but still owed money, Joseph laughed at the fact. He was not professional at all, just playing around like a little kid. It’s very upsetting that you come to find out you owe money on something they GUARANTEED it was for free. I have a closer store to go to but chose to drive all the way down here just for them because of the good customer service but not anymore.

I have been with Verizon for over 20 years and just transfered to AT&T with 5 numbers. I did this at Sam's Club and the sales person there really messed it up. I tried fixing my phone through customer service and although they were very friendly and tried to help, they couldn't do a thing. I was about to go back to Verizon when as a last resort I walked into the AT&T Store on hwy 41 to see if changing the Sim card. That us where I met Cherish. She was friendly, and knew exactly needed to be done. She took about an hour, maybe more, to get my phone operational. She did all this, knowing that I had bought the plans through Sams Club. She didn't get anything to help me. In my opinion, she ROCKS. She deserves a raise. Now, for AT&T, I have a much better signal at my house than Verizon. Also it is cheaper. So, if you want a decent phone from a decent carrier, go and talk to Cherish!

Cherish was absolutely fantastic working with a store full of customers in a holiday. She took care of each of us as quickly as she could but made sure we got all the help we needed. We will not ever go back to the south 41 store but will definitely be back to this one.
